Enquiry
You share the property basics through the quote form or by phone. Within 48 hours we send an outline proposal with an indicative size, cost band and next step.
Survey
On-site visit by a Lumera surveyor. Structural check of the roof, electrical assessment of the consumer unit and grid connection, shading survey with the property in front of us — never from a satellite image.
Design & quote
We produce a full design pack: panel layout, DC string plan, inverter and battery sizing, monitoring, and a fixed-price quote with a clear scope of works. No 'from' pricing.
Install
Our own crew. Scaffolding coordinated by us. Typically 2–4 days on site for a residential system, longer for commercial. Photographs and daily updates so you always know where we're up to.
Commissioning
Full electrical test pack, G98/G99 sign-off with the DNO, monitoring platform set up on your phone, MCS certificate issued by your installation partner so you can register for SEG payments.
